We originally brought this fabulous Bay Westi in from New Mexico, USA in 2013. It had lived all its life in one of the driest, least humid places places in the country. We repainted it, recovered the seats, and repaired & upgraded the interior. She also had a full mechanical overhaul and left here for new adventures that have included the Scottish NC500 and a trip around Ireland. Now back with us to be sold as the owners grandchildren have grown up.

A very confident little camper that’s ready to go anywhere.

  • Ever popular Westfalia Berlin
  • 2.0 fuel injection engine and correct hi-ratio gearbox for relaxed cruising
  • Servo assisted brakes
  • Excellent gearbox & steering.
  • Rust-free chassis, original sills, axle etc.
  • Double bed downstairs.
  • Kitchen unit with stainless hob upgrade and modern compressor fridge.
  • Big pop-top with double bed.
  • Rear seat belts
  • Marino Yellow over pastel white.

New MOT, service and drive-away awning included.

1969 Type 2 Bay Window Poptop Camper Van

Excellent, original, early production Westfalia bay bus.

This is a very early production original bay bus with the correct dash, warning lights and more. Imported from the USA a couple of years ago this bus is rock solid underneath and retains all its original features and equipment. Just re-painted here at VWCC in its original ‘Cloud White’. Bumpers, wheels etc. have all been media blasted and re-painted.

The Engine has been serviced, together with all new fuel lines & filter. The 1600cc single-port is strong, has lots of torque, pulls very well and is really nice to drive.

The brakes and gearshift have been adjusted and with lovely steering drives really well. Four brand new tyres have been fitted to complete the service.

The Interior is all original with double bed, roof hammock, sink, tap, coolbox, table and buddy seat.

1971 Porsche 914 1.7

one of the best known cars in the UK

This is Steve & Christine Screaton’s Porsche 914 and for the past 25 years has been one of the best known cars in the UK. Its been a significant part of the 914 scene and taken part in many events and shows. YKR662J has been featured in various magazines and books and Steve has done lot to make the 914 as popular as it has now undoubtably become.

Its an early 1.7 with factory fuel injection and rare factory extras including tinted windows and a limited differential (LSD). Those are genuine magnesium Minilite wheels.

We have looked after this car for the past 5 years and work here has included a full engine rebuild, rear suspension overhaul and most recently a full new set of tyres.

There is a huge history file with the car including correspondence with previous owners in the USA & UK and Porsche themselves.
The car is in excellent condition [...]

Excellent first Porsche

1983 Porsche 944 For Sale

This is a very clean and decent 944 that we took in part-exchange last week.

Guards Red with contrasting brown interior it looks great and makes a great change from grubby white inside.

No sunroof so it doesn’t smell of damp like most of the others either.

MOT until March 2020

Very good runner, was driven here from Scotland and I’ve been driving around in it too.

Lots of service history & old MOTs etc

First owner brought it in from Germany as a personal import.

One other registered owner since 1983.

It could do with some shocks and new year tyres otherwise an excellent 1st Porsche.
